A. Chest

Measure around the fullest part of the lower armpit, keeping the tape measure level.

B. Waist Circumference

Measure around the natural waistline, in a straight line with the navel, keeping the tape measure level.

C. Hip circumference

Measure the fullest part of the buttocks, approximately 20 cm below the waistline, keeping the tape measure level.

D. Thighs

Measure around the thighs directly below the hips, keeping the tape measure level.

E. Inside seam

Stand against the wall and ask someone else to measure the length from the crotch to the bottom of the leg.

F. Arm

The length is measured from the shoulder (humerus) to the wrist.

G. Height

Stand against a wall and have someone else measure the distance from the floor to the top of your head, keeping the tape measure vertical.

Stand against a wall and have someone else measure the distance from the floor to the top of your head, keeping the tape measure vertical.

The head circumference is measured by passing a soft ruler around the forehead (above the brow bone) and around the back of the head at the point where the head rises (including the hair).

Take a piece of white paper and place it on a level surface, step on it with appropriate force and use a paintbrush to point out the longer points at the front and back and the wider points at the left and right.

Leg length: connect the longer points at the front and back and measure their distance.

Foot width: connect the wider left and right dots and measure their distance.
